The other woman, an employee at K & K Management Services, a contracting and cleaning company, was 30 years old at the time of harassment and subjected to numerous instances of inappropriate behavior by her boss Kwang Wun Kim. According to the report, not long after the employee started in April 2010, Mr. Kim not only touched the employee’s buttocks inappropriately, he also urged her to have sex with men in order to lure them in as clients. In addition to the monetary compensation, both business owners were forced to implement an anti-harassment policy that provided discriminated against employees a way of internally reporting harassment.
